If you want to withdraw a plan from the Abandoned Plan Program, you may electronically notify the Department of the QTA’s intent to withdraw the plan.

• On the Home screen, locate the plan under the heading “Plans you are working on.”
• From the “Actions” drop-down menu, select “Withdraw This Plan.”
• A prompt will ask you to confirm if you intend to withdraw the plan. You will need to include a brief reason for the withdrawal in the text box.
• When you select “I wish to withdraw this plan,” you will see a confirmation page stating that your request has been successfully submitted.
• On the Home screen, the status of the plan will be changed to “Withdrawal Requested.”
